About Lisa
Lisa Keevill is a thought leader, speaker and founder of Recreate & RISE®, a body of work dedicated to helping women rebuild identity, confidence and possibility after long-term marriage, divorce and major life transition.

Her work was born from lived experience. After the end of her own 30-year marriage, Lisa found herself confronting a question experienced by many women after decades spent within marriage, family and familiar roles: Who am I now?
That question became the foundation of a much larger body of work.

Lisa is the founder of The Grey Divorce Project, a research and advocacy initiative examining the often-overlooked identity and transition impacts of divorce later in life. In 2026, she published the white paper Doing it in the Dark, calling attention to the lack of structured transition frameworks available to people navigating the end of a long-term marriage and advocating for identity-first support.

Through Recreate & RISE®, Lisa has developed programs, frameworks and communities designed to help women move beyond simply coping with divorce and begin actively rebuilding the next chapter of their lives.

Her work now spans mentoring, speaking, research, advocacy and workplace conversations about major personal transition. She is particularly interested in the space between what happens privately in a person's life and what the world still expects of them professionally, socially and emotionally.

Lisa brings together lived experience, leadership, entrepreneurship and more than a decade of working closely with people through significant life moments. She has also been a registered Australian marriage celebrant for more than 15 years and has built and led businesses across different stages of her career.

In 2026, Lisa was recognised as a Stevie® Awards for Women in Business finalist in Thought Leader of the Year, recognising the growing international reach of her work.
Her message is simple:
A marriage may end. Identity does not.
And women in midlife should not have to navigate what comes next in the dark.
