My mission is to help women reclaim who they are, rebuild with purpose, and create a next chapter that feels genuinely their own.

Through Recreate & RISE®, The Grey Divorce Project, research, advocacy, speaking and community, I am working to ensure women are not left to navigate this transition in the dark.
